Tonight I will be preparing a delicious mushroom risotto (recipe HERE) and will be using my Microplane zester to grate the requisite 1/2 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano. It also comes in handy when zesting citrus and grating ginger. The ginger photo below is from my adventures with Tikka Masala (recipe found HERE).
